White Christmas

We had our first white Christmas together as a family in Jake's hometown of Rexburg, Idaho. We were there for a whole week and had so much fun seeing family and friends and showing Lexie off to everyone. We were the only ones to be at his parents house on Christmas Day because our schedule is opposite of everyone else... but it was still so fun to spend time with them and we still got to see several of his siblings (since they all married people from Rexburg). As usual we took lots of pictures, so here is a picture overload of our week!

For Christmas Jake's mom made on of her gorgeous quilts for all of the girls! Mine looks just like the one Tiara is holding.. love it!

This was at the annual Christmas Eve bowling party!

I was so surprised the Lexie was able to sleep at the bowling party

Konda and Rex hosted a big Fullmer family dinner with Jake's siblings and another one of the Fullmer families that they are really close with.

This is the first pic of our trip... stuck at the airport... waiting for our 3 hour delayed plane!!

Flying with this girl was EASY! She is seriously the easiest, happiest baby!

She didn't quite grasp the concept on how to open presents...
Thanks Rex and Konda for spoiling us!

Christmas spirit!

We have been getting in the Christmas spirit over here at the Fullmers! Last Tuesday my family all went to Bass Pro Shop to get the annual free picture with Santa! There was a bit of a wait since Santa was locked out of the building during his break... But once they found him the line moved quick and I'm sure Lexie will always remember her first time meeting him right? She got the cutest little outfit from kelsi at the Idaho baby shower and it fits perfect!
This last Saturday we decided to do some Christmas shopping since jake worked hard all week long so we made a little day trip out of it! We drove about an hour away to the Anthem outlet mall and we spent all day there. We found the best deals on clothes and pretty much just shopped till we dropped. (The pic of the huge Christmas tree was at this mall.. It was a real tree that they cut down!)
Last night we (me and Lexie... Jake had to go to a ward Sunday school meeting that they decided to do on the same night) went to the temple lights to listen to the combined choir of our stake and the st. Anne's Catholic choir sing some amazing Christmas songs. My little sister Jessica was playing the cello for them and it was fun to see her up on stage.
We are getting even more excited to go to Rexburg next week (20-27) to spend Christmas in some frigid weather and see our family and friends!

Two Months

Someone is already two months old!

stats:
Weight: 11 lbs exactly (50th percentile)
Height: 23.5 in. (80th percentile.. surprise surprise)

Some new things that she has learned is smiling. She smiles all the time and is such a happy, easy going baby. We love making her smile and she tries so hard to mimic the sounds that I make to her. She is also the most wiggly baby, loves just laying on a blanket and kicking her legs constantly. I feel so lucky to be able to stay home with her every day and see these new developments and we are SO lucky to have Jake and all the hard work that does to make it possible.

She had her 2 month appointment today.. and for a baby that hardly ever cries unless she needs something.. I hated not even being able to really touch her because her poor little legs were so sore tonight from her shots.

But she very quickly went from being so sad to being super exhausted... we are definitely obsessed with this little girl!

Jake's 27th Birthday

Jake turned 27 on 11/11... He's SO old! K not really... but we had fun celebrating his birthday this year. His birthday was on a Sunday this year which was so nice because we had all day to hang out and celebrate. The weekend before we went out to dinner but on his actual birthday I woke up and made him a huge breakfast that he requested (He calls it the works... eggs, hash browns, bacon, waffles, and orange juice). Then we had a regional stake conference which was so great especially since Pres. Eyring and Elder Ballard spoke. We came home and he opened some birthday presents....I got him a tennis ball hopper that he had been asking for, a couple of other little fun things that he had been wanting and then I surprised him with tickets to the Suns vs. Heat game. He had never seen the Heat play live so he was very excited.

Later that night we went over to my mom's and everyone came over for a fun birthday dinner, games and cake!

It's tradition for Jake's mom to make the yummiest ice cream cake, and I made one for him last year, but I couldn't find a spring form pan and it was a busy weekend so I just bought an oreo ice cream cake that was still good!

The game was the next week and the Heat won!! We sat next to some pretty entertaining guys and Jake was cheering and talking with them all night because they happened to be Heat fans.

Thanks Mom for watching Lexie so we could go!

Newborn pics

The lovely Sarah Webb took some newborn pictures of little Lexie when she was about 2 weeks old. Sarah took mine and Jake's engagement pictures and our whole wedding day so it was fun for her to come over and see our new baby and I am OBSESSED with how the pictures turned out. Thank you Sarah! (If you want to see all of them just check out our facebook!)
