Lots of Changes!

Within the last two weeks are lives have completely turned around for the best and lots of great changes have happened! About a month ago, Jake applied for a medical sales job in Arizona... I didn't oppose at all since that would maybe mean we would get to move to Arizona (where I am from)! But I tried so hard not to get my hopes up just in case it didn't work out. Well after a long month of waiting we finally heard back and Jake got the job! I could not have been more proud of him and all the sacrifice he makes for our future family. So we got the job, and that means we had to hurry and pack up and make the move. Once he got the job he was told that he needed to be down there by the next week! Well....here I am at 34 weeks pregnant and my doctors appointments are so often and our insurance is in Idaho... so we decided that Jake would drive one of the cars full of our stuff and make the move to Arizona and live with my parents. I actually flew down a day later after he got there because I was having my baby shower in Arizona that weekend. We got him all set up and he has started his job which has been pretty overwhelming but we are excited for the possibilities. He is basically his own boss and is the main distributor of Bledsoe Brace ( http://bledsoebrace.com/home.asp) for all of Arizona! So he had to start his own business name (Fullmer Medical), finally had to get him an iPhone, and many other new things for him to be successful. So now I am back in Utah to pack up the rest of our apartment and I will be moving to Rexburg until I have the baby... which I so badly wish I could just be with Jake because 6 weeks is a LONG time to be away from your best friend! But I am trying to stay positive and know that the greatest thing is going to be coming soon (a baby) and I am getting so anxious! Sorry no pics... we have been too busy getting everything figured out but we love the new changes happening for our family and we will keep everyone updated! (** Side note: If anybody knows of any great connections for Jake to sell his equipment too let us know! It could be physical therapists, doctors, anybody so please let us know!)

We made it!

It's crazy to think that Jake and I have been married for a whole year! But at the same time I can't believe that is all it has been. It definitely goes by quick and it's fun to see what has happened in that crazy first year. It's also crazy to think that it has been a year and I am 30 weeks pregnant.... we don't mess around! I wouldn't change anything about our first year and I am excited for many more years to come! We both had to work on that day, so after work we decided to celebrate and go to Tucanos! I had never been there, and it was such a fun dining experience! LOVED the salad bar, and the meats were pretty tasty and I definitely was SO full. Then we walked around the Riverwoods (where the restaurant was located, its just a fun little shopping outdoor hang out area) and then headed home to watch Lost... Jake is currently obsessed and it's fun watching it a second time, because no matter how many times I watch it I will always be confused. Instead of doing gifts for each other, we just bought American Idol tickets! It's this coming Monday and we are so excited.

Pregnancy Update

I have been meaning to always update my pregnancy on here so I can remember what goes on but I haven't really had time to sit down and blog! I'm not going to lie and say this pregnancy has gone by fast... cause I feel like I have been pregnant forever! But that must mean it's getting closer... and it really is and it's starting to hit me that I am having a baby.. really soon! On Monday I will be 30 weeks! Let the final countdown begin! Although everyone tells me that the third trimester goes by the slowest.... but we actually have a lot to look forward to these next couple of months so hopefully it goes by quick. I am having my Arizona baby shower, a fun wedding weekend in Idaho, moving back to Idaho and having another baby shower andddd oh ya.. having a baby! She is due Sept 24 and we can't wait! I saw this on some blog I came across and these are some fun things to track while being prego so I figured I would try it out.

How far along? 29 weeks (30 weeks in 2 days)
Maternity clothes? Nope! I guess that's something to be happy about! Don't get me wrong.. I only have one pair of pants that I can actually button, so I have been relying on the ponytail trick.
Stretch marks? nope and crossing my fingers that I never do
Sleep: This is another thing that I have not had an issue with. I love sleeping on my stomach, and that definitely can't happen anymore, but that doesn't stop me from falling asleep and staying asleep.
Miss Anything? My body! It sounds weird but being pregnant makes me so motivated to get back into shape and being healthy... I have been trying my best to go on walks and I have been doing my Jillian Michaels Dvd's.. but you can't really help the normal pregnancy weight gain and I just feel like a fatty! But its ALL worth it :)
Movement: All. The. TIme.  This will definitely be something I miss when I'm not prego, cause its such a fun/weird/ crazy feeling to have a human baby inside of you constantly kicking and flipping around. It's so weird to just be laying there and watching my stomach and it literally does the wave.. so fun!
Food cravings: Not really... I haven't had any crazy prego girl cravings that I know of. My definition of craving for this pregnancy is if I think of a food in my head that sounds good, it doesn't go away until I eat it! It could be weeks until I get around to eating it (this last food thought was brown rice... random?) but I will always want it until I get it.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not eating after long periods of time
Gender: girl
Labor Signs: Nope!
Belly Button in or out: half and half.. its so weird looking and is making its way to be an outie
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy... even though Jake would probably tell you moody :)
Looking forward to: Going to Arizona in a couple of weeks to have my baby shower!

4th of July

This 4th of July was fun and HOT. It started off with me waking up Jake (being prego = no sleeping in at all) and making him walk down to the parade that was right down the street from our apartment. Provo people are CRAZY. People started saving spots/camping out and sleeping overnight a whole 24 hours before the parade... the streets were lined with people! All we did was wake up and walk down there 20 min after the parade started and we had front row seats.... it wasn't the most eventful parade but it was still fun to get out and bake in the hot sun.

Then we drove to American Fork where we met up with Ben and Aubrey and all their kids to go swimming. We love being close to family and we can't get enough of their cute kids so it was fun to hang out with them.

Then later that night they had a bbq at their house where Brittany and Chad and cute little Brynn drove down from Ogden to join us! We ate yummy food, the kids swam until dark, and then we lit off some fireworks in their front yard. Overall it was a super fun fourth!

Instagram Update

This Summer we have just been working lots, being pregnant, and trying to enjoy Utah while we are here! I haven't been the best at taking pics, so here is an instagram overload of our summer so far.

Happy Father's Day!

Today is Father's day, and I don't get to be with any of my dads today. But, I really do have the best dad out there.I honestly don't think I would be where I am today without him and for all that he has done for me. The last time we were in Arizona Jake said that my dad was always cracking a joke and making people laugh. I thought about it and its very true, ALWAYS teasing and being funny. I don't realize it because I have been around it my whole life, and he raised 5 daughters who sometimes didn't find that joking and teasing very funny... But he is the greatest man out there and such a good example to everyone around him.

I also have to give a shout out to my amazing Father in Law, Rex. I seriously got so lucky marrying into Jake's family because he's the greatest father in law that you can have. He raised Jake to be a great son and a soon to be great father and I can't wait to see him interact with our little girl and I know that he has had a great example to follow his whole life.

And even though she's not here yet, I know Jake is going to be the best father out there to our little girl! He LOVES little kids and they are instantly attached to him when he is in the room. I'm so excited to start a family with him and see where life takes us!

PINK

We won't be seeing any blue clothes, basketball playing little boys over here because we found out we are having a baby GIRL! We were pretty shocked, so shocked that the first words that came out of Jake's mouth were "dang it". How dare he! haha We just said we had both wanted a boy for our first, so when we saw it was a girl we were just shocked but SO excited! I know that once he holds that little girl for the first time he won't even remember that he wanted a boy. Other than all the exciting baby news, we have had a lot of new things happen in our lives lately! After graduating from college, we made the move to the great state of Utah! Jake is starting up a new business venture with his good friend Jesse called Kesler's Mulch Renew (The Kesler's are the business owners). What they do is re-die your mulch rather than pay to get it replaced... so it saves tons of money! He is doing that for the summer and then hopefully will find a job for the winter here in Utah. I am just being pregnant and working full time at DishOne Satellite on their retention team. We are loving it so far here in Utah and are excited for the new adventures to come.

I feel silly taking these pics but everyone tells me I won't regret it and I need to do it! So I try to do it as often as possible! I already feel like my belly is big.. haha but I know it only gets bigger!

This is me at 14 weeks!
In the waiting room waiting to find out what we are having!

18 weeks! This is when I really started to notice a little baby bump.

Our little girl!

19 weeks! Almost half way!!
